How to fill the survey?

There are 2 types of questions.

The first type suggests a choice of 2 statements. Mark the position on the scale that corresponds to the reality best. If you find both statements as equally correct shift the marker to the middle.

At the second type of questions shift the marker to the position that corresponds to the extend you agree with the given statement. If you disagree go left, if you agree go right.
